Screwed up SAFCII settings..Car runs/sounds different

Please read my problem with my 1g.. I bought the car with mods already although I am very aware of 4g63t's and all the parts...I already knew it had some problems but mistakenly, decided to just press some buttons on the car's SafcII today while I was idling and just sitting in my driveway...the car was off, but the key was turned to ON...I thought that I might have pressed something wrong, b/c as familiar as I am with how it works, I have actually never messed with it before...The car was already tuned via the safc2 when I bought it, but now after accidently pressing a button or two and then turning the car off so I could try and erase my mistake, it seems that the car is running a little bit worse than before...
Immediately, the car sounded much louder, and the old display of the RPM is gone and it's back now to the initial setup display...I think that what happened is I erased or changed the previous settings by chance and now the car seems to run hotter, and maybe richer...I will maybe attempt to drive it a short distance tomorrow to figure out if it runs ok, but something definitely does not seem the same...

I am so scared that I F*kd the car up even more..I want to bring the car out to AMS and see if they can look at my settings and street tune it themselves, but I am worried about bringing the car through the 20 or so minute trip over there..What if it keeps overheating??

The sound seems loudest by the Catalytic converter/downpipe...as if it was disconnected, because I am running no muffler just a straight pipe, and now the sound is quiet by the rear exit and super loud by the front of the car, maybe it's the engine!!??? Anyone, some helpful advice on what to do..It's too dark outside now to diagnose anything and I tried to email AMS and plan on calling them tomorrow...Any opinions???

if you are really lost with the settings, familiarize yourself with the manual and then see if anything looks out of whack. if you still cannot find anything, there's an option at the end of the "miscellaneous" menu of the main screen that resets all values. from there, you can re-program it to proper settings (or have it done for you if you feel uncomfortable with this).

Please list your mods, most importantly what maf, injectors, and ecu you have. I can give you some rough settings that will be good enough to at least get you to the shop.
