screeching noise...

ok guys, I'll try and make this as detailed as possible, my car has developed what I originally thought was a suspension squeel or something along those lines... but now it makes the noise at idle...

The best closest noise I can compare it to is that of a computer starting, that kinda squeel/beeping noise...

the car makes it while driving, while sitting still... while idling, while revving in neutral... it can make it at anytime, warm or cold, moving or stopped, it does it maybe 10 times a day now..... and its starting to bug the hell outta me..
I tried to listen for it under the engine bay, and im pretty certain its coming from there... but its really hard to determine where....
any ideas?

UPDATE...
The noise is definitely coming from the other side of the engine...
from the first time I heaaround that area can make such a noise... I was told it may be a badrd the noise I thought it sounded electrical... anyways, what throw out bearing, which sounds like a possibility, but its "worst case".
The noise happens at idle a fair bit, and if it stops howling for a sec, you can gently rev the engine slightly and it will squeel again once it reaches idle engine speeds...
