Has anyone ever used SCE Vulcan CR head gasket?
It uses a stainless fire ring that bites into the head while using a composite body. Kind of the best of both worlds from composite and MLS. Just curious if anyone has any reviews.
I am currently using Mitsubishi composite and ARP 8740 head studs but I am concerned with the composite and head studs running 30+ psi even with a conservative tune on e85 (tuned by Kevin Jewer). I am running a Xona Rotor XRC6464s pushing 60lbs of air. I am going to change to L19 head studs and possibly the SCE Vulcan head gasket if anyone has proven results with it. I want to push 40+ lbs of boost. Not really feasible for me to pull the block and have the surfaces machined again to go MLS so I am looking for a suitable alternative.
