Scat rod cap bolt torque

Ok so I'm reinstalling my pistons and rods. I have Scat rods with a bolt size of 7/16 x 1.8 SCAT 2000 cap screw. It calls for 63 FT/lbs. Does this seem like to much?

No, that's about what my Eagle H-beams called for. They had ARP 2000's as well so just follow that spec sheet and you'll be good.
