Im assembling my motor and im using manley h beam rods with arp 2000 rod bolts if you look on manleys website it says 60 ft lbs after soaking in 30w oil. if you look at arp website it says 40 ft lbs using arp lube very confused as this is a very important part of an engine build. what do yall suggest?

Do as the instruction say. If you're using 30w oil 60ft-lbs & 40ft-lbs with arp lube. It's all in the lube.
