torque specs for main and rod bolts?

what are the torque specs for 95-98 main bolts on crankshaft and what are the torque specs for "ARP" rod bolts?

ARP rod bolts are 26 lb/ft

The mains, I'm not sure

Crankshaft Bearing Cap Bolt: 25 Nm or 18 ft-lbs + a 90-100 degree turn.

Okay guys, sorry to bring back a thread. BUT, say I was pulling the pan off to check torque. What should I "re-torque" to? Seeing as how theres no actual torque specs.
