Do I have to make brackets to bolt the intercooler up? My problem now is that between the ic bracket and the frame I have about a 2" gap and on one side the holes don't lineup with the frame so either I need to make brakets or I'm doing something wrong. Thanks for any help!

Thanks,
John

The SBR 2g FMIC should fit between the bumper mounts just fine. The only things you need to hack up are the core support for the short route pipe, the side of the radiator, that bracket that holds the front bumper cover on, and the fiberglass bumper.

In my install I managed to keep the majority of my front bumper by just cutting off the bottom and 2" up the front of the bumper beam.

No ill agree ..i had to grind downt he front bumber support on the passeger side to get the end tank to clear..other then that the brackets lined up fine...this intercooler is HUGE!!! :D :talon:
