1g Sbr Fmic

There hasnt been much talk about this kit, only a little bit here and there in other topics, and I'm considering buying this or the Extreme PSI kit, I would love to get some opinions from you guys. thanks

My GSX has a SBR 1g kit. According to their website it has the shortest piping, plus it's FU**ING HUGE check out my pics under user snailpower. I've gotta post some new ones when I get my new bumper on.

I prefer the extremepsi kit myself, but the kinetic motorsports fmic kit aka sbr kit is a nice kit. Id rather id be wider than taller but.

I can vouch for the sbr 1g kit. Easy install, keep the foglights quality stuff and it looks oh so nice. This fmic can be used w/o cutting the bumper and using the 2 end pieces. With a plasma cutter it can be stripped down a bit to keep the front bumper. I also have experience with the latter and I still gotta go sbr. The other kit was dead nuts on piping but other little things dropped it a notch.

thats the kind of post that i was hoping to hear. So the install is easy huh? is there enough room to strap on a Maft w/ blowthru with a car with ABS? and also retain the A/c? thats all I'm interested in and the fact of whether or not it will cause the car to overheat w/ the stock radiator w/ slim fans and the over all ease of installation. thanks

Well i mean its not like a 10 minute job but a liitle work with the sawzall but the simplicity of it is awesome. The hardest part is gettibng the tclamps and silicone connectors on (cuz by this time your so anxious) I have had overheating issues but these were narrowed down to a number of things that I replaced like a HG tstat etc. At the moment my buddy is running 1 slim fan with the sbr Fmic and a bottle of water wetter no problems at all. and he has put it on a few of his cars as some days he wakes up and wants the fmic on one of his other dsms. There is definately room and alot of it I was surprised. However none of the cars we have put this on were abs and none had the a/c. Maybe someone will chime in on those aspects.
