Is it possable to use the "SBR 1G Automatic Turbo Kit" in a 5 speed. Im just looking for a way to upgrade my manifold, turbo & O2 Housing (I know the kit dosent include the O2 Housing) with out the trouble of piecing it together (If I can get it in one package I will). I would get the SBR Manifold, Evo 16G and have everything ported if I will fit. I Think it will fit but the car is still fairly new to me and I like to know for sure before I start throwing money around.

I can assure you that the manifold and turbo will bolt up since you have a 5-speed. Though I don't understand why the upgrade kit would include that turbo and manifold. The banjo bolt on the TD04-13g turbo is smaller and will not fit the TD05-16g Slow Boy Racing turbo. I had a TD05-16g turbo with a ported 02 housing so I am sure that it should bolt up no problem.

My guess is also that you have a 14b turbo so it shouldn't be too much of a problem getting everything to bolt up, correct?

Yeah I have the stock 14b on my car right now and my manifold is cracked too (sucks). You can select which turbo and manifold you want for a little extra money.

It comes with a new stainless feed oil line sooo is the banjo fitting smaller on the turbo or is it small on where ever the oil line ends up? or would it not really matter anymore if they are including it with the trubo?

This is what it says off of there site.
"So you've picked an Automatic 1G car to do your street terrorizing, but your small stock setup just isn't cutting it. This kit will allow you to bolt a 16G turbo directly to your motor. Complete with Evo manifold (can be changed), Mitsubishi small 16G turbo (can be changed), mitsu oil return line, coolant lines, our stainless oil feed line, and all of the gaskets you'll need to hook it up!"

Yeah, I meant the coolant line on the turbo will need to be upgraded to a 14b one. I agree that this kit should work out for you then. The turbo will be a simple swap, I've done it too many times to remember. First time took about 6 hours (first time without a manual), afterwords it cut down by at least an hour. You should be ok with this set-up, though I really don't recommend upgrading a turbo and manifold first. You could just use the manifold since yours is leaking though.

I have read a few stories about people saying that it worked fine with an upgraded turbo. Though I wouldn't recommend it because I had problems when I 450cc injectors and a 16g turbo. Since the SBR 16g turbo flows more, I'm sure it would probably end up in overkill for you if your car was stock.

Thanks for all the help, I was sure that I would fit but I wanted to be 100% sure. Guess its a good thing that I have a manual for the car too.

Im ordering DSMLink next week for my car (I just got my sockted ECU back) & 650-950cc injectors, I might get the 950cc so I dont have to buy larger ones later and also since DSMLink should be able to get the car to idle fine. The engine internals are going to happen over the summer as soon as I figure out which work the best for 400-600whp.

Im somewhat over running my stock injectors right now, I didnt notice it at first untill I actually logged my Injector pulse too and then I turned my boost down. This was before I fixed ALL of my boost leaks.
