Should know i found out why it jumped timing..The tensioner arm wasnt putting tension on the belt.

Never installed timing belt correct the first time or used a bad tensioner.

Made a newb mistake then. I have the timing belt tool kit from Jay Racing - a must have.

Knows it was pretty easy on the 420a, just used a nail to hold the tension when replacing the timing belt

but I have other issues.

Knows exactly what I should do..But paying to get a head rebuilt 100% or take a chance on another used head..And how the hell to pay for that?

Should know I will let you *borrow* a head.
You can take your time to pay for it,
but I better get one hell of a tuners review.
At this point I would use 1 of my used heads, with a Felpro gasket.
As they are not as anal about having a perfectly flat surface.

It's also not a issue with the head itself, just belt tension.
I have a good amount of tensioners. We can compress them, let them go and see how far they stick out.
If 1 seems legit and is within spec, we will slap it on, and you won't have to worry about your issue again.
