Should know I recently bought a new TV and Xbox and it came with Halo Reach, so yes, I've been playing Halo recently.

But with mw3 grossing a billion dollars.A new halo is in the works.

Knows the latest COD games are actually really bad games, they just get hyped up and you always are forced to buy them because that's what everyone else plays. I haven't had Live for a few years now so I haven't bought a COD game since MW2 and was really dissapointed. I'll probably buy BO2 though since everyone will.

The game I found to be an awesome mix of both games was Crysis 2. Try it if you haven't, GREAT game.
