2G Saturn alternator / stand alone ecu

Hello

Was looking for some help with my 2g electrical. I’ve got the Jays alternator relocate, battery in the trunk and am running a haltech nexus S2 with an IC7 cluster. I went with the motor city 200amp Saturn alternator and am having voltage issues when sitting at a light. When I’m driving my voltage goes up to 13+ but at a light I’m down to 10-11 and it has disabled my DBW TB due to the voltage drops.

Has any advice experienced this, I’m wondering if I connect a sense wire from this to the ecu if that would help? It’s a single wire but still has the original plug location on it.

Tried raising idle at all to see if that helps it?

I have never used a 1 wire alternator myself. On my setup with Haltech, I use the basic DOHC 1.9L Saturn alternator using the F and S wires on the plug.

I’ve read that it needs to see 2500 rpm for it to charge. I emailed the company tonight to see if I can connect the L wire on it so it sees a voltage request even down low
