I have an safc2 tuner on my eagle and I'm wondering what is the best setup I have 14b turbo and 550 injectors.

Define "Best Setup"?
The SAFC will permit you to adjust for the larger injectors by removing airflow counts from the input to the ECU. Starting point would be the difference between the original injectors and the new ones. Because there will likely also be a difference in the injector dead times you'll have to make up corrections to account for that.
