SAFC reading 100% throttle

my SAFC on my 92 TSI reads 100% throttle all the time, i changed the TPS twice and the ECU as well, i checked all the wires from the AFC to the ECU, what else could be wrong?

You say you checked the wiring, what wiring. The TPS wiring or the wiring when you hooked the SAFC up? My guess is you hooked up TPS signal wire on the SAFC to the wrong wire.

i checked the wiring from the AFC to the ECU and all the wires were right. the AFC has not always said 100%, it worked at first with the same wiring

i have the reverse problem, mine sits at 0% and it wont budge from there

I had mine stick on 100% throttle once. Try disconnecting your battery if you havent tried that already. Thats what reset mine
