I need to know some thing with a safc. I have added 2g mas, 550's, evo3 o2 housing and the safc. The question is do I set the car up a 2g to start from or 1g?

first off, do you have a logger? cuz if you don't, you need to get one before you attempt to do any tuning.

Set WHAT up?? The AFC settings are the same, AFAIK, for a 1G or 2G.
However, with a 2G MAS and 550's, you will probably want to add ~9% airflow across the board to start with, and tune from there. The 2G MAS puts out a 29% lower Hz for the same airflow, and the 550's flow ~20% more, so you need to add ~9% to get even.
