rust in valve cover

first post here guys so thanks for reading! I got a new powder coated valve cover and on the inside, the baffles have a VERY light amount of rust. nothing that flakes off, it doesnt even really leave any rusty color on your finger if you rub over it alot. I just want to make sure its safe to use as is. pretty sure any oil that makes it to the valve cover and drips off is on its way back to the filter. just want to make sure it wont score up my cams or valve guides or worse. I already installed it which is why I dont have pics but I didnt run the car yet.
any comments would be great.

Do you have any pictures? Most the time it's burnt oil at the top, that most people just clean away.

It's not corrosion. It's burnt oil. Parts that constantly have oil on them do not corrode.

I think you guys are right. I pulled the cover and went at the spots with a toothbrush and it came off for the most part. here's before and after pics. I figure if i keep going I can make it shine but its the inside so I'm not going to go nuts over it.
