runs rich for a few seconds when idle

If I come to a light and take it out of gear my car will idle at 13.0 - 13.4 for a few seconds, then bounce back to 14.9.. Never did this before?

How old is your IAC ?Does the car do this on first start up ?It maybe your IAC is starting to slow down. The amount of air is calculated when you open the throttle however at stopped or closed throttle positions your IAC adjusts the air for you perhaps it may be starting to have issues. Have you made any adjustments to the car recently?
