Car runs rich smokes out of the exhaust when at idle and during boost

i have a 255lph fuel pump with stock fpr and it will run ok untill i get into boost done a blt everything checked out ok no leaks but for some reason when i start getting into boost around 15psi it wants to fall on its face and starts bucking somebody help

You cant use a walbro 255 fuel pump on a stock fpr. The stock fpr can't handle that much. It can handle though a walbro 190. I bet your blowing out black smoke under boost. Black smokes indicates that you are burning way to much fuel. You have 3 options you can do.
Option 1: Buy an adjustable fuel pressure regulator that can handle your walbro 255
Option 2: Ditch the walbro 255 and buy a walbro 190
Option 3. Put your stock fuel pump in.

Your stock injectors can only handle up to around 13psi since 1g fpr are set at 37 psi. 1g's with an automatic transmission or 2g's have a fpr that is set for 43 psi which most injectors like to see. If you are able to get a hold on one of those, you can run max 15psi on your stock setup. Otherwise i wouldn't boost over 13psi.

Usually rule of thumb is to get an aftermarket FPR so you dont run into that problem also did you uprade your injectors you could be hitting fuel cut and thats where your bucking is coming from.

I actually just got the car not too long ago havnt really done anything to the car myself except suspension parts that the retard before me didn't replace but that's as far as I got with it and it shoots whiteish smoke at idle like a mofo I don't really get to see it boostin so I can't tell ya what color it is then

It could be your valve stem seals? At least at idle it could be... the bucking would definitely be caused by something else though.
