Runs but boggs under 3000rpm rough idle

Ok I just fixed a short on my alternator. Then I went and took a buddy out the next day and something happened and now the car runs off two cylinders at idle. When I pull plugs 2 and 3 nothing happens at idle but if all plugs are in the car will rev until red line and after 3000 rpm the car picks up some steam and runs a lot better. I replaced coils and plugs, removed the o2 sensor and it seemed to run better after that in the open loop. It seems to be running rich with a lot gas smell even at high rpms....I'm think CAS but I'm not sure any help would be great.

what do you have for fuel correction? and mod list please...

Replaced the power transistor checked the timing belt, still missing on cylinders 2-3, tach works after 3-5 mins guess it time to check the CAS

Advanced the crap out of the CAS and was running on all cylinders need to do a compression test checking for a blown head gasket anyone think this could be the case?
