ok i have a 98 gsx with minor mods. it has a 18g turbo, greddy exhuast from down pipe back, afc neo piggyback (i know i need a wide band, next on my list), 550 injectors and an hks electronic boost controller. i just bought the car and it had an old school piggy back system in it that was junk and it was running rich so i put the afc neo in it cause i cant afford a aem ecu right now. also re did all the vacuum lines because there was a nasty leak. but the car is still running rich, rich enough to smell it and the car lages really bad in low rpm, from my understanding these cars should be throwing you in the back of your seats! i changed the 02 sensor in the down pipe but not the one under the driver. when the car is ran above 15 psi it flutters like it cant handle that much psi, i only figured this out becuase my boost controller is so damn touchy. i am new to the dsm seen and turbos but i understand hp, i grew up turning wrenches on bikes, quads, and snowmobiles so i am not to stupid, but i am not no god to the garage so please take it easy on me, LOL!! thanks for the help ladies/gents...

Well you should really get a wide band so we have an idea on just how rich it is running and at least this way you know your A/F Ratio.
Did you check for any boost leaks?

If you don't already, try putting a Recirculating hose onto your blow off valve. my buddy had this same problem and when he did that it ran much nicer, although, you don't hear the bov anymore :(

yea i did have alot of leaks thats why i just redid the vacuum lines. no my bov is not recuirct, and i realy dont want to, but if it gets rid of the slugishness in the bottom end then thats fine. i found out that my obd2 hook up is not working when my buddy hooked up his computer to read the codes for my engine check light and try to do a little tuning. he said by playing with my afc that my tps needs to readjusted. but sence its fuel injected, is there a fuel adjustment screw on the throttle body?
