Running out of feul

To start i just had my 92 talon tsi dyno tuned last weekend. I don't see why I am running out of fuel at 394hp at 28psi. I was seeing 100% duty cycle at that power level. We did turn the boost down after seeing the duty cycle. My fuel system consists of FIC 850cc injectors, 6 an lines from tank and back to tank, aeromotive a1000 fpr, Fic fuel rail, fuel lab fuel filter and a walboro 255 hp in tank pump. I also was running 110 octane race fuel at the time. My base fpr is set at 50lbs. I have not rewired my fuel pump yet. I am doing that this weekend. This still seems a lil early to be running out of fuel supply. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where there may be a problem. Everything in the car is brand new. The rest of my mods are up to date in my profile. Thanks in advance for ant help.

With that base fuel pressure you were running 78psi at full boost, I bet that the fuel pump (even though it's the hp) is having a hard time keeping up since it's not re-wired.

Even at that fuel pressure it calculates the injectors flowing around 1200cc's. I think the walboro 255hp can handle around 65-70lb/min airflow so he should be good there.

850cc at 100% IDC should support around 60 lbs/min on gas so that cant be the issue. Just asking but why such high fuel pressure? Did you guys turn it up because you where running out of injector?

I set the base pressure to 50lbs, which I don't think is much more than the factory (I could be wrong). The fpr is a 1-1 rising rate. Which is why my fuel pressure is that high.

Stock fuel pressure for a 1g is 38psi with the vacuum line disconnected. You should be good running stock fuel pressure but it may be masking a fuel issue since lowering it will only rise IDC's even higher.
