Im idleing at around 15 AFRs and under WOT its 11.0ish AFR's, but when i'm crusing at certain speeds(especially highway) and give the car partial throttle to get up to speed(hit maybe 6 or so PSI) it runs lean(17ish AFR's) and feels like its tugging a bit. Now if this happens and I give the car full gas, it goes back to normal 11ish AFRs.

The car now has only exhaust, front mount intercooler, downpipe, intake, aeromotive FPR, and fuel pump. running stock turbo at 10PSI
I have replaced the o2 sensor and tried a different MAF with no luck. Also I boost leak tested my car and got rid of every single small one, and it seemed to help a LITTLE bit. I have no downpipe gasket and it leaks a bit, would this do it? maybe just the ECU is bad? thank you

just taking a hit at this.... but it sounds to me TPS or throttle position sensor...

Im having the exact same problem. Runs normal on a cruise, but when going WOT it goes lean enough to misfire 17ish. If I stay into it goes right where it should. Ive added 15% in the fuel sliders and it really only made minimal difference.

Bump LOL..

I do this because i have the same issue as the op.. My car idles fine and cruises fine but it will randomly go lean the initial jab of the throttle then will go back to normal.. Sometimes its worse then others.. It also has been randomly idling really rich then will go normal again.. Ive checked the ecu it looks mint any ideas??

Have close to the same issue at idle as well and have spent many hours on ecm link trying to sort it out with no luck so much be sensor related.

REally shouldn't need special maps for part throttle, as those areas are covered in the regular maps basically just adjust that load range in the maps already there. Being that the car is MAF i would say take a look into the MAF comp maps maybe, but then again I normally only have to deal with SD setups since they are so much simpler and get rid of the maf meter i prefer them and most of my friends or customers have swapped to SD as well. sorry i can't be more help

HAve you raised the fuel sliders, played with the MAF comp or aything like that in those areas to correct it? If so and if it's still doing it can you make it stay in that AFR or is it a short time? (if it's just a short bit to start it could be the tipin enrichment needs more added to it) if it's consistantly at that AFR no matter how long you hold that load/rpm range then id' say the mapping is off.

The only problem i have with piggy backing units is there's somethings you're at the mercy of the stock ECU's ability to mesh with the piggy back and just can't touch certain thngs although V3 is AWESOME with almost everything i could ask for except stiull being piggy back :( (and dont tajke it wrong i love DSMlink)
