running lean at 6000 prm

Hi Guys,
Last weekend, I installed my ECMlink and had it tuned. While tuning, we found that the car started to run lean at 6000 rpm. Attached are the logs from the tuning. The tuner said that my fuel pump needs to change or just upgrade it to a 320. My set up is
Turbo PTE6031
Stock internals
850cc injectors
3" GM MAF
Walbo 255

I am seeing that my fuel pressure is at 38 psi. Would that have anything to do with the car leaning out at that range. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am aiming for the 400hp range

yes that can effect it..i belive stock 2g fuel pressure is 43.5psi
