running lean and possible boost leak

I just finished installing a FP BigT28 ported turbo, dejon tool intake pipe and lower intercooler pipe a few days back. Ive been driving my car (95 tsi awd) for a few days now and my a/f gauge is constantly reading lean and sometimes not reading anything at all. I read through a few posts and i see that it could possibly be the o2 sensor. However when installing the turbo i was extremly carefull with the 02 sensor and cant see how it was damaged in any way. Would it be a safe bet to just buy a new o2 sensor? My second question, after the installation of these 3 new parts i noticed that if im reving the car or getting off the highway and clutching in my car seems like it wants to stall because the rpms drop really low. Would a boost leak be the culprit for something like this. If anymore information is needed ill provide it, thanks for any advice that can be given.

A/F gauges aren't the most accurate things, go out and get yourself a Logger and an EGT gauge then you can really see whats going on.

Also make yourself a boost leak tester so you can be sure you have no leaks.
