Running GM MAF during transition to SD?

Alright so I understand what is required to switch to speed density and i have the ECM link plug and play harness already along with a IAT sensor and MAP sensor. Anyway, i was curious if i can can connect the IAT sensor and MAP sensor to the ECM Link harness but still use the GM MAF to start the tuning and remove it later? Do i need to use alternate pins at the ECU to run the SD bundle then what the plug and play harness will use?

Reason i ask is i was informed its easier to get things going with a MAF then go SD versus starting from scratch with SD and saw on the wiki where SD can transulate its table to match you MAF comp.

I did that one I just used my maf to switch back and forth on my set up you can select which one you have maf or sd from link.

Ok cool, so one won't interfere with the other? What if i wanted to log Boost and IAT, is it still possible when using the GM MAF with the ECM link harness?
