i took my car out the other day and hit 30 p.s.i at that moment, there is a metal freeze-out plug at the end of the water pump outlet, it blew out and lost all coolant.

does anyone with knowledge know how/why this happen?

Without knowing your mod list it's hard to tell. If you don't have supporting mods to run 30psi on any turbo then you probably blew a headgasket and are pressurizing your cooling system...though if thats the case usually it's the smaller rubber cooling lines that burst, not a freeze plug.
