RPM drops while at 2k

Well I am trying to tune my car with my wide band and I noticed when I hold the rpm at 2k after like 20-30 seconds the rpms drop almost like a stumble and my wide band goes -- at this time. I can rev it up and still -- unless I let go of the gas pedal. 91 GSX.

Also I have an idle surge problem that appeared right after my alternator started over charging. I have a block off bypass plate. EGR delete.

It could be a number of things. What fuel injectors do you have, ecu,spark plugs? Could happen with overly larg injectors if your spark plugs are to cold or hot or if your ecu of choice is sending bad signal becouse of mods
