oi oi, its dylan, whenever you dsmers wanna meet up, it would be kewl, i was thinking we could make this a big thing, i love haning out with dsmers so im thinking we wanna meet up somewhere big. we could meet up at a rest stop that is off of garden state parkway, im up north in summit new jersey and some dudes might be close by but if not, everone should at least know how to get to the garden state parkway. there is a rest stop that is really big that i have been to before for car meets, its very spacious and if anyone wanna stuff their with food or get gas or chill with your chick for a second to make her think you accidentally stumble up into a car meet, you can bring inside the big building there buy her a teddy bear and some twix candy to keep her quiet, its all good dude. anyway, i want to make this big and often. i have a fully built 1st gen talon, i know a bunch of dudes wont have a serious car like mine but i dont care, i wanna show my car off and see what other people has. my cell number is 973-964-8200, my name is dylan, you can check both my talons out on my profile. anyway, we could meet up next friday and saturday, or the following week or whenever, i just need a lot of replies to make me know that people know whats up, if i know whats up, ill just tell my chick that i wanna go out to eat that night and roll down there like i didnt know whats up, dont think im whipped now, its just my chick has been dealing with me and my car stuff for a year now and me blowing a lot of our money on my car, thousands of dollars. anyway, this seems long. have a good day.

If you guys would like to organize a meet, keep your eyes peeled for some spring/summer meets that are local to all of us. Hopefully we'll get another one going once the weather lets up. Also, check out nj.dsm.org for another local board that has events all the time.

I also went to HS in summit, and have a few boys in the warren/watchung/union area with a couple 1G's and E IX's whenever someone is gonna pull something together

the talon is running fine except my "rev and die" problem. needless to say everytime I pull it out of gear, I have to blip the throttle to keep the car from stalling.. I think it's due to boost leaks though. I haven't checked yet so I guess its my fault

v8killer, would you guys wanna meet up like 3 weeks from now on a friday or saturday after noon. i would say a time like 8pm, or whatever is better for most of the people that wanna come, and the time to meet up could be before 3 weeks, i just said 3 weeks cause i wanted a bunch of dsmers to see this post and have it in mind and set their situation up to be able to come. majority rules so whatever the majority of you people would want 1 week, 2 weeks. just chime in you guys and say when would be a good time to meet up. if you guys cant decide, i could just say meet up in cheese quake bus station like on May 13 at 8 o clock pm, thats night time for whoever doesnt know. i want this meet to be big, v8killer, tell your friends whats going on and i want people to write in if you're in the tri state area, new york pa, nj. and if anyone would wanna meet up the following in the day time and ride down to race way park english town, write in. once its a dsm meet, im in, i dont care where or when.

Since finals are almost over, I will be looking into putting together a track day. Bruce and Tom, feel free to help me on this when the time comes. We had a pretty good turn out last season.

the place we can meet up is cheese quake bus station, thats the rest stop after the big 1 mile bridge on the south side of the garden state parkway. after exit 123 going south on garden state parkway there will be a 1/2 mile long bridge then there will be a toll that you pay 70cents, and after that toll there will be the rest stop coming up on your left which is easier to get to if you drive on the local side of the parkway.if your coming north i guess it would be before 123 exit and before the bridge and should indicate cheese quake rest stop coming up, but i will find out more info since im passing there i two days. so will will say we meet up May 13 at 8pm right there but as the date draw near i will be posting more info.may 13, thats a saturday and it would give a bunch of people to do things to your car .

Yup.. it was the ECU. The stock ISC decided to shit the bed and that in turn fried the drivers inside the ECU. I have since replaced the ISC with a 1g one (doesn't really matter what year) and bought a stock 97 ECU. She now runs perfect

wasup with a meet at atco raceway. im headed up there in a couple weeks. most of the time i go up to atco, im the only dsm there.plus i wanna get some other dsms on camera. if anybodys up for it let me know.
