Rough Idle then dies when I hit the gas

Ok so after incident I got my car back started n now tht its getting proper gas pressure it has a rough idle n dies wen I hit the throttle. So I'm lost on wats causing thz so any pointers will b appreciated

No I have the stock 240s in. I'm trying to tune with the afpr I have.

Do you have a pressure gauge on it?
I'm betting your base pressure is set significantly higher than it should be.

Please describe you whole Fuel System in full.
I have a feeling it is directly related to your upgraded full system!

Ok sorry. I installed a fuel cell with a 190lph inline bullet fuel pump and a afpr. And I also replaced the fuel filter and installed new 240 injectors.

Skatershawn has the right of it, but there is a bit more as well. This site has a wealth of information available through the search feature but misspellings and shorthand typing make it harder for the search function to be useful. Proper grammar also makes it so that posts are clearer and problems can be solved more quickly without the ambiguity involved with sentences that fail basic structure tests.

We don't ask users to follow arbitrary rules just because we're mean, we ask users to follow those rules because they've been carefully considered even if the reasons for their implementation aren't immediately obvious. Not harping on anyone here I just feel that it is occasionally important to remind users that there are reasons for the things that are asked of them.
