Rough Idle After Refueling

For the past 3 weeks, I've been having a rough idle when parked or at a stop light. There is also slight hesitation when accelerating. I checked spark plugs and cleaned EGR since I was getting p0401 code. The idle seems to almost stall sometimes, especially right after I get gas. What are the possibilities....could it be EVAP issue like a purge canister or something?

I think your EGR valve is broken.

How will I know for sure if its bad? Do you think I should swap a used one in or try to block it off? I don't have any emissions testing in the county I stay in.

I've been having a similar issue, the problem is not apparent until I'm at a stop light and then RPMs drop to about 200 and I have to heel-toe (sad because I've got an ATX.) For mine I will order the Block off since I just passed inspections (about 15 days ago) so I am set until 2014.
