rough idle

hey i have a 97 rs just put in new cam shafts my exhaust camshaft went bad installed new ones put it all back together and now my idle is really rough and will shut off car hasnt ran in like 8 months any thoughts maybe timing isnt right..

Check, double check, then triple check your timing.
Can you define what "my exhaust camshaft went bad", means, as well.

Seafoam it I did it to my AWD Car ran soo much smoother on idle then ever b4.
