Ive looks at a couple threads in the forums and have found out i CAN roll/pull my quarter panels easily with the right tools.

my question is: can i roll/pull the front fenders also?
i ask this because since the front rolls inward there is no actual lip or flange so how does it get done? and if people have pictures of it done please post them, thank you.

Eastwood fender roller, is the best way to get it done.

You can use it to mildly roll the fender to a full stretch, it takes time, unless you really don't care about the paint.

there are multiple vids on youtube, using this tool

thank you for the replies guys.
yeah im going to use the eastwood roller a friend has the equipment and is doing it for free. i just wanted to make sure it was posible to roll/pull the fronts b4 getting the wider wheels.

if any of you got pics of the front after works done please post so i have an idea.

What size of rims are you actually gonna run?
17 x 9.5's?

The Thread you linked uses an 18x 9.5 with a stretched tire 225/40/18 this is how he is able to run with such a wide wheel.

Side walls angled to center of the rim.

Depending on the tire size, and offset you might not have to do any rolling at all.

I had to roll, and pull fenders due to the tire/wheel combo I'm running.

Volk gt-7's
19"x 8" w/ 225/35/19 overall diameter 25.2"

19"x 10" w 265/35/19 overall diameter 25.3"

I personally like the staggered look, with a big fat lip in the rear.

i agree on the look but our cars have a 50/50 split on power back to front and it never changes so by adding difference in tire size you upsetting the balance and causing damage to your drive train parts. its the same as running two tires in the front and two different tires in the back.

Stock tire Size for my GSX, 215/55/16 Overall diameter of 25.3"

The current difference between the front/rear tires is roughly .1" Doesn't make that much of a difference IMO.

In an Awd, diameter is far more important than width, two different diameter tires spin at unequal speeds, causing the drivetrain stress.

If the tires are of Equal size, the width is negligible, since the overall diameter is the same.

+ 36 high type on front, and a +40 on the rear

I have about an 1" of poke in the rear, but the fenders are getting a 1" flare done, with 2 degrees of neg camber.

my tires are not stretched. I really dislike the rim sticking out of the tire.

please post some pics i like to see them :p

They are posted, have you checked my profile?
The only thing that's missing is the flare in the rear.

Just some quick history on the car.

I bought this new in 1995, kept it stock during my Military Deployments.

blah, blah, blah, it got performance modded, dropped, 17's etc, and I got bored of it, so it sat in the back yard for almost 5 years neglected. sun beaten, weathered.

I went through Multiple other vehicles, 2000 Miata special edition, and currently a 2004 Porsche 911 Carrera Cab.

It was about 6 months ago my daughter (14 yrs old) expressed a desire to drive it.

So far I've just been rebuilding it to what she wants, and detuning it for safety/reliability

I like silver, she likes blue...
It also doesn't help that her Uncle owns an Import shop in the area, and is surrounded by drifters all the time.
