Gonna try and fix my knock with a set of rod bearings anyone know a good source or what I should order? What brands etc??? I know where to get em just which to get etc... P/N from manufactures is appreciated.

I've had good experience with Clevite 77 bearings. I just clearenced them last night and all were perfectly in spec with my eagle rods and freshly polished crank. They have been recommended by both my mechanic and my machinist. Not sure how the price compares to OEM, but SBR has them for $39.99 cheapest I've seen.

Im going with Clevite bearings, but I gotta pull it apart again to see what size to get .10 .20 .30 or stock.

Not as of yet I had the two end caps off the #1 and #4 and they looked alright but Im thinking its coming from the second one over from the timing belt side. If its not the bearings its CW cuz the rods are all shoved to one side of the piston unless thats how they normally run.

How do the sides of the thrust bearing look? You should take off that cap and inspect that one as well.

I'm assuming this is your JDM motor, so do you know if it has been rebuilt already?
