RM is no longer around and I have worn through a front bushing! Car is a 2G AWD.

Energy Suspension makes bushings in the correct diameter(within .1"), however, they use a much thicker bushing overall with the idea being to use their brackets. But the brackets on the front of a 2G have a crazy bend to them, so the ES brackets won't work.

Has anybody else run into and found a replacement bushing that will work? I guess worst case is to get a stock bushing and enlarge the whole, but sticking with poly seems best.

Thanks!

I have another option for you, IF you still have the OEM front way bar. The car handles better with the OEM from and RM rear. For the OEM front energy suspension does have a direct replacement poly bushing though I can't recall the part number.

Guessing you don't still have that part but... in the chance you do, figured I'd mention it.

I don't have the oem part....I tend to let all that stuff go. I've thought about trying to find one actually, but I really like the feel of both bars. I guess I'll just get a stock sized ES bushing and enlarge it....
