rim size question

Yea it should, i have a set of 18's for my 96 tsi and they fit fine

wats the exact size of your rims though? i know a lot of ppl (including my bro wit his tsi) that have 18 inch rims on their eclipses. the problem and my doubt is that they are x9 and the offset is +28

Is your car lowered

yeah but barely. its on tein s techs which only lower 1.3 in the front and 1.4 in the back. my bro on his TSI on the other hand is on racing hart tracers and slammed and he has no probs. the offset on his rims are +34 so its not that big of a difference from +28.

I just went and checked the size on my rims and they are 18x9 also but my car isnt lowered. Overall i would say that the rims would work, when you lower a car the toe of the car is changed slightly and the offset fo the rims mite correct the change in toe on your car

so your saying the offset will compliment the toe because of the drop? in other words, it will be better? sorry for asking so much but i wanna be completely sure.

Yea it should, its kool man i understand you wanna be completely sure and asking questions is the only way

I thought about getting those wheels ^ pretty nice for the price and come in a decent width. Cheap enough for dd use in these NJ shi* holes. Sportmax 006 right?

I have some Brabus 18x9.5 and my car has lowering springs it rubs the inner fender in the rear a bit but I just need to trim it a bit and it should be fine. I'm running 225 tires also. I dont know the offset on the rims.

ok thanks for your input. the rims will look sick because of the paint scheme i have in the front. plus when i get a cf hood, it will look badass
