Rim Clean up?...How to get rid Scuff and corrosion? Paint?

my gsx rims are all scuffed up with gross corrosion and stains. How do i get rid of this?

i work at a car wash and I've tryed white wash acid, spray tier cleaner, and alcohol.

Should i use a grinder and the prime and paint them?

Any suggestions on what to do?

You could use a fine grit sandpaper and smooth it out before you prime it. I had a set of talon rims that looked horrible like that. I spent a few hours sanding them out and spraying a primer/base coat and they turned out great.
