:talon: For those who do not know, i recently replaced the cross member in my 91 talon. Now, my right front caliper and brake makes a noise that sounds like the brake pads are allways rubbing on the rotor. Any ideas why? and if i buy new rotors and brake pads, will that help? thanks. :talon:

i wouldnt panic, just check it over and see whats up. your pads might have gone bad just as you did it, who knows. and if you go with new pads and rotors, go cross drilled rotors and ceramic pads. they help ALOT.

Man I have had that same problem on both of my front wheels. The first time on the left side..The caliper was sticking on. The wheel itself would be very hot when I got to my destination. So I took out the piston in the caliper cleaned it up with emory cloth and put it back it, after replacing the pads of course. That took care of that. The 2nd time was the right front..This time the same thing was happening, so I got a rebuild kit for my caliper and well rebuilt it. Havn't really drove her much since then though.. But you could replace the rotors while your in there just to be sure...
