Right blinker in cluster doesn't flash

Hey guys. I bought a used gauge cluster from a local part out and everything worked fine on it until today when I go to use my right turn signal and the light in the cluster didn't flash at all. You can hear the click noise that would go with it though which is odd. The left one works fine except for that they both would always flash fast which I have yet to investigate. Would it just be a bulb that I could swap out from my old gauge cluster into this new one to get it working?

One way you could see if your light is bad is cut your hazard lights on and see if it flashes.
