2G Reverse signal wire? (Follow back-up switch or does someone have it?)

Installed my reverse camera the other day because I have to back up to my motorcycle every day but, I can't find the back-up signal wire anywhere on the internet or on the electrical manual. I can't find anything online about this. Does someone happen to know the color wire perhaps near the drivers kick panel that's the signal wire? I tried plugging into the back-up light fuse but, that's always getting voltage for some reason. I don't want to tap into the reverse lights as it could be damaging because it rains here a lot in wa and I'd have to change up how I how all the wiring situated after I have it all tucked away.

this is all there is. you put the car in reverse and the backup light switch turn on the reverse lights. pretty simple

The switch itself is on the trans. It's right in front of the trans mount if you're standing in front of the car.

On a 2g there is a connector you can tap into that's right behind the radio for the reverse lights.

Thank you guys! I ended up tapping into the red wire coming out of the little grommet behind the plasic cover inside the trunk.
