2G reverse light switch

A problem I'm having is my reverse lights don't turn on when in reverse. I changed the fuse but still nothing. Now I learned that the GS-T manual doesn't have a relay but a switch which I'm assuming has gone bad. My question is can I access that switch on my own? Is it on the left or the right side of the transmission? I want to change it myself just need to be pointed in the right direction. Any pictures and or references is much appreciated. Thanks!

Riggt front of trans case 24mm i belive two pin plug directly below the engine fuse block on a 2g. Just changes a friends out same problem

Also make sure a .037" washer is there under the switch or it won't work properly.
