My reverse lights worked about a month ago, but now they don't. I checked the fuse under the dash and found that the fuse was blown. So i put in a new one, but again it got blown out... Has anyone else had problems like these on a 2g dsm?? I've been trying to find the short somewhere but it's hard to pinpoint where. It'd be helpful if anyone here had a simliar problem like this and could tell me where the short was.

Thanks.

How quickly does the fuse blow after putting in a new one? Does it blow as soon as you put it in reverse the first time? or does it blow after maybee a few weeks of daily driving? If it's the first, then it should be fairly easy to find as that would be a direct short somewhere. If the latter, then it may be more difficult to pinpoint as that is a sign of an overload of the circuit of some sort and not a direct short. Regardless, check around the bulb sockets and make sure they are free of moisture and corrosion as that could be a prime culprit of your issue, so i'd start there.
