Resolved What are these plugs on the firewall?

I was doing some emission things when I got off work today and found these three plugs just chilling. What are they for and should they be plugged into something, my car has been acting so funny lately so maybe just maybe a chance? A hope!

I don't know my car can be quite picky. My fuel rail and a in-line amplifier fuse once had beef, and said beef caused me to be stranded on the side of the road until I could get a jump

Tan - timing ground plug. You remove the cap and ground the pin if you would need to check your timing with a timing light. It was only found on '95's I believe (not sure about '96, but definitely not '97-'99).

Blue - engine speed test connector

Black - fuel pump test connector
