[RESOLVED] Vacuum Routing Possible MAP

Hello,
Got two vacuum lines on my firewall connected to what looks like a map sensor. Also has a two wire harness connected into it. Was having really bad jerking problems with this car and just noticed today that whatever these lines are connected to is just clicking every couple seconds, and unplugging and disconnecting the vacuums is making no noticeable differance while driving. I am wondering if this is a MAP sensor or if not what exactly is it. Also need to know which vacuum lines goes where on it, there is two nipples. And is their anyway to test this?

It's the Fuel Pressure regulator solunoid. The ECU cuts vaccume to the FPR by way of the solunoid to bump fuel pressure on cold starts
