All the below are correct statements, right? . . .
1. The flexplate goes on with the concave side facing the block.
2. I dissassembled the car in park, not neutral. Even when I put the tranmission in neutral (it is out of the car now of course), the tranny shaft will spin only about a 1/4 turn. This is normal and when the car is reassembled and started, it will spin normally in neutral again.
Are these statements correct?
I don't think the second is correct. Because I can put any automatic in neutral when the automobil is off and roll it around. What has happened since I removed the tranny? It was shifting perfect before I pulled it out.
