I recently got a free hard intake pipe with the purchase of a Tanabe G Power exhaust system. I just have a few questions:

1.) Do I need a MAF adapter for the hard intake pipe. Cause I've never seen one before for a hard intake pipe.
2.) Do I need any special kind of hose adapters? For the hoses that run off of the intake.
3.) What do I do with the MAF adapter's wires and wire harness? Do I just let them danggle LOL?
4.) What size Air Filter do you reccomend? The tip is 4" X 2 1/4"

Here's a pic.

Thanks,
Ian

Honestly, I dont think its going to fit on you intake manifold.
But if you do get it on, try to run dual intake, one where the stock intake was, and add an extended intake under the bumper, that would be sweet!

WTF are you talking about?

You'll need whatever size coupler to go from the turbo to the intake pipe. You'll need a 4'' coupler to fit the pipe to the MAF, and a maf adapter to fit the filter to the other side of the maf.

You are referring to the NT intake.
That is a turbo intake.

To the OP - you will need the couplers, MAF adapter and a filter to run he intake.

You need a regular coupler from the hard pipe to maf. Dont let the oval shape throw you off. Not sure but its like 3.50" or 3.75".
The emission hoses should reach and just may have to remove the plastic barbs from the ends. Your stock bov return hose may fit or may just need a custom sized and shaped one depending on your hard pipe setup.
The maf wires and plug are fine and will reach.
From the maf to filter is where you need an adapter. depending what adatersize you get will determine your size filter.

Intake doesnt hook up to intake manifold. Intake hooks up to turbo, then from turbo, to manifold.

rolled up two pieces of paper and wraped them around the intake and measured. 3.75"
Any body know what size coupler is needed for the MAF side. The intake pipe is will be 3.75". So it will be 3.75" to whatever the MAF size is.
