Hey all, G/F got a 3000gt non turbo. I've done a little searching and can't find anything for that car other than dress up exterior parts. Where can I find info on exhaust, turbo kits, upgrades, tech and the like. Other than putting a whole vr4 engine in.

yes as he said above me. i had a 3k gt non turbo i did little stuff to it .. exhaust all i did was a downpipe and testpipe. of course i didnt buy it i made it myself. but it suounded great. i dident do mufflers because im not a fan of the way 3kgt sounds with aftermarket mufflers.

If it's a SOHC 6g72 your options are pretty limited. There are some exceptions, there is guy with the SOHC motor in a Diamante Wagon making ~460hp on a big single turbo. There have been plenty of people that have done the vr-4 swap or simply doing a FWD 6g72t. There have been a couple that have even done a 3.5L 6g74 hybrid, smae idea as our 4g64 hybrid. As mentioned before there, is a lotof info on 3si.org, but it is not nearly as well organized as this site. But in general, unboosted you will never see much more than 200hp at the wheels without dumping lots of money in that thing.
