replacment 16g hotside shackle bolt?

Hey everyone, I seem to have misplaced my hotside shackle bolt, the 10mm one with the square end. Is this somthing I can just replace with any 10.9 bolt that will fit? Usually I would just go for it but I know this bolt will see some high temps so I thought I would ask...thanks!

That's exactly what I'm talking about...I misplaced the bolt and nut combo, is that somthing I can replace via hardware store bolts or are the ones in the link heat trreated or somthing?

It is a lock nut (not a nylon lock nut) and a bolt with a square collar so it doesn't spin. You could try regular hardware but I wouldn't chance it. I would get something that is meant for the job.

6mm x 1.0 bolt about 25mm long with two nuts does just fine. The double-nut chokes it so it doesn't come loose.

If you need the correct bolt, let me know....I have about a million of them.

Sweet, sounds like ill be taking a trip to the hardware store. I wanted to install my turbo on Tuesday and didn't want to wait for a bolt in the mail. I really wasn't sure if there was somthing special about the bolt that made it more resistant to heat or somthing...anyhow about that bolt though I wouldn't mind getting the right one JusMX141 let me know what I need to do to get one from you.
