16G hotside

So my 14b was ported too much for the installation of my open wastegate so now my open wastegate is stuck open all the time which sucks. my cars just loud all the time now and not pulling like it should be, so my question is will a 16G hotside work on a 14b turbo just wondering because my buddy has a 16g hotside laying around and i would like to install it on my 14b so my wastegate isnt stuck open. Thanks!

correct me if im wrong oh great post masters, but as long as its a tdo5h turbo, it will work. even if its a 7cm housing and same size for the v band clamps, it should work. 7cm housing is also a good upgrade for the 14b...i have considered it myself.
