Do I need have to replace valve guides when I replace valve's ?

I have two intake valves that need replacing and they are being replaced with two used ones.

you should be fine. what is the milage on the head?

I'm unsure of the mileage, but the head is fairly clean. On my previous engine I didn't tension the belt enough, and the pistons tapped two intake valves slightly. So in result now they do not seat correctly. Pictures comming soon.

You should be fine without replacing the valve guids or seals. I just had to replace 2 intake valves on a 420a. Just make sure you have the shop or if your doing it check the guids to make sure there not cracked. Main thing is make sure the valves are seating!
