2G Replacing Exhaust Valves help

i have a 95 eagle talon awd TSi ...
all 8 exhaust valves are bent

im going to be changing them myself just need some tips from you pros that have done it a million times, or if anyone is bored and lives in the hampton roads area and wants to come help me feel free haha

Make sure to pay special attention to the valveguides. If they are worn out (caused from bent valves from going up and down in the guide), you need to make sure you replace them. Also, replace ALL of the valve seals!!

and dont forget to lap the valves.... how did you bend all your exhaust valve and none of your intake valves? if i were you i would repace all the valves and lap them all to make sure everything seals up properly....

if you bent the valves, you most likely cracked/broke the valves guides too.... If thats the case the head will need to go to a machine shop to have the seats cut/valve job performed...
